Six months have gone by without an update, and that is quite simply, unacceptable. It was a very busy pilot season - all thanks to Blake & the crew over at KLWG. Some truly great projects that I had the opportunity to read for. Sports Ballz is still in full swing, although we are now primarily using our Funny Or Die Web Series page, www.FunnyOrDie.com/SportsBallz. I want to personally thank all of you who have gone out of your way to get the word out about the show - we may still be an unsold pilot, but we have a rabid group of dedicated fans. Y'all inspire all of us to keep making & creating!! What a year it's been thus far; shit, Wavy Gravy turned 75! The most epic of times. I welcome summer with open arms, and look forward to sunny adventures ahead. :)

Hello & Happy 2011! I am proud to announce the debut of Sports Ballz, the sketch comedy sports show I created & worked on for the past 2 years - www.TheSportsBallz.com! It has been a long, long journey; with one goal & one goal only - TO MAKE YOU LAUGH ABOUT SPORTS! Big Ups to Jason Schmid, Adam Harrington, Matthew Harris, Mike Barber, Greg Studley, Cooper Harris, Thesy Surface, Eric Seaton, Sir Levar Burton, the incredible Autumn Reeser, Blake Bandy & Erik Kritzer over at KLWG Management, Tom Arnold & everyone else who helped make our show a reality. Comedy Central was one of many networks to really dig our pilot, but for now we're still doing this grass-roots style. So if you like what you see, please help spread the word - retweet, repost; carrier pigeons & smoke signals are totally acceptable! However you do it, please help spread Sports Ballz around the old interweb. New episodes every week! And may 2011 bring love, laughter & positivity to you & yours!! Enjoy the Show!!!

This is a huge week for the immediate future of SPORTS BALLZ - we find out about Comedy Central's offer, if FOX is interested or just playin', & (my favorite but for obvious reasons most risky) opportunity - to release SPORTS BALLZ on our own, Ani DiFranco/Lonely Island/KRS One - style. Thanks so much again for everyone's support - I know I speak for both Jason & I that we truly would not be in the position we're in without your tireless & unwavering devotion to spreading the WORD about SPORTS BALLZ. See ya on the air!!

Been so damn busy that I've forgotten to update for over a month; never happened before, & it twill never happen again. MY BAD. My good? Tom Arnold joined SPORTS BALLZ! Taye Diggs is doin' our next sketch!! Just had callback for Carl's Jr. commercial!!! Grandma is doin' better!!!! It has been a truly blessed, truly busy year. Please check in on me through FACEBOOK or TWITTER - I am able to update with far more frequency there. There is a new fan/website a comin', so get ready! I hope this message finds you well, & I truly appreciate all of the supportive emails, letters, video chat (yup, we're turnin' into Robots, I tells ya!)!!! It is because of all of you that our "Big Ben" sketch on Funny or Die is getting over 1,000 views a day, has almost a 90% FUNNY rating, & got on their Sports sketches Most Viewed List; I can't express in words how indebted we are to your coming through on the web-grass roots level like you have. THANK YOU. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!

Levar Burton was the White Rabbit, I Alice, & Wonderland being a whole evening with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Quincy Jones, Monique, Akon, Angie Stone, Herbie Hancock, &, the Queen of Hearts & Soul - the Maid of HONOR - CHAKA KHAN! The taping was very well organized, and the show is not just about honoring Chaka; it's about raising money for our children who dream of going to college, but are unable to realize this higher form of education because of financial restraints. Yes, UNCF, "a mind is a terrible thing to waste."

I just got invited by the brilliant Levar Burton to accompany him - be his #1, as it was stated! - to the taping of the UNCF (United Negro College Fund)'s Evening of Stars (TM) Tribute to the musical genius that is Chaka Khan!! Red carpet insanity with Sir Burton will be mind-boggingly entertaining...TOWARDS THE FUN is Our Motto!!!

Steve Connell's: Compromise (COGNITIVE DISSONANCE) is a piece I produced w/ dir. Gabriel Sunday for Adrian Grenier (Entourage) & his new HBO doc, TEENAGE PAPARRAZO. It was truly my honor to be a part of bringing the artistic talents of Gabe & Steve together. Big ups to Tim Burton for masterful DPing, and Faye Reagan gives a truly beautiful & haunting performance. TEENAGE PAPARRAZO is released on 9/27, this Monday; if you can, please get the word OUT!
